If you become an IFSC client, the registration to become a client is administered separate from our web site. All of the
information collected is used to provide access to the password protected and secure client section
of our web site(s) (where available), which is where all transactions take place. The secured
transaction processing area of our web site(s) requires users to give us Personal Information
in order to conduct business, contact the customer and process transactions. IFSC utilizes a
portfolio management system that includes an Application where data is entered to initiate a
business transaction. Financial information that is collected from this Application is then used
to check the customer’s qualifications using external credit scoring systems, credit bureaus
and other credit resources. Users may opt-out of being an IFSC client and cease the processing
of Applications at any time; see the “Choice/Opt-Out” section below.
IFSC has implemented certain controls to ensure the security of the Client Section of our web site. These security measures include a range of security services that limits access to Personal Information only to authorized users, while protecting these same resources from both internal and external threats to optimize the privacy and integrity of data and communications.
