Client Section

If you become an IFSC client, the registration to become a client is administered separate from our web site. All of the information collected is used to provide access to the password protected and secure client section of our web site(s) (where available), which is where all transactions take place. The secured transaction processing area of our web site(s) requires users to give us Personal Information in order to conduct business, contact the customer and process transactions. IFSC utilizes a portfolio management system that includes an Application where data is entered to initiate a business transaction. Financial information that is collected from this Application is then used to check the customer’s qualifications using external credit scoring systems, credit bureaus and other credit resources. Users may opt-out of being an IFSC client and cease the processing of Applications at any time; see the “Choice/Opt-Out” section below. 

IFSC has implemented certain controls to ensure the security of the Client Section of our web site. These security measures include a range of security services that limits access to Personal Information only to authorized users, while protecting these same resources from both internal and external threats to optimize the privacy and integrity of data and communications. Despite the implementation of these security measures, there always remains some risk of unauthorized exposure of information including personal information you supply. Your use of the Client Section of the web site and your entry of information is at your own risk and IFSC cannot accept responsibility and disclaims all liability for damage or injury that you may incur or that may result from your use of the web site or the interception of data you provide. 

The Client Section may include a password protected portion of the web site. These portions of the web site are intended to be for your benefit, however, please be aware that you are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your password or account. It is your sole responsibility to (1) control the dissemination and use of your activation codes; (2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your account and password; and (3) promptly inform us of any need to deactivate a password.

The web site may contain secured and non-secured sections. IFSC has taken certain steps to protect the secured section of the web site, such as the Client Section described above. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our activities are not intended for or designed to attract children under the age of 13.
